Terms of service

Last updated: July 1, 2026

The service

Paradiddle turns audio you upload into editable drum notation. Transcriptions are produced by a machine-learning model. They are accurate but not note-perfect, and the editor exists so you can fix what the model got wrong. We publish our accuracy number and the date it was measured; treat every chart as a strong first draft.

Accounts, credits, and refunds

You need an account to transcribe. Your first song is free and requires no card. After that, transcriptions are paid for with credit packs or a subscription. Failed transcriptions are automatically refunded — if the pipeline errors out, the credit goes back on your account without you asking. For any other billing problem, email hello@paradiddle.ai and we will sort it out.

Acceptable use

Paradiddle is built for personal practice and learning. Upload only audio you have the right to use, and keep the charts you make of copyrighted recordings for your own study — do not republish or sell them. Do not scrape, resell, or programmatically abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We may update these terms; if we do, we will change the date above, and continuing to use the service means you accept the new version.
